SWITCHING OVER
Already using something?
Bring your customers with you.
You don’t have to start from a blank page. Import your customers and your price list, review them, and be quoting the same day.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps. No blank page.
- 01
Export from where you are
Download your customer list as a CSV file from your current tool or spreadsheet.
- 02
Bring it in
Choose “Jobber” or “Spreadsheet”, drop in the file and match its columns. The file is read on your own device.
- 03
Review before anything is saved
We flag duplicates and problems. You decide what comes in.
- 04
Start working
Quote, schedule and invoice your next job with your customers already there.

QUESTIONS
Switching, answered.
Can I bring my customers over?
Yes. Import your customer list from a spreadsheet or a Jobber export. You match the columns, review what will be added and fix anything we flag before a single record is saved.
What about my price list?
You can import that too, from the same kind of file, and keep editing it afterwards.
Do my old jobs and invoices come across?
Not today. Customers and your price list do. We’d rather tell you that plainly than promise a perfect migration. Keep your old records for reference, and start new work here.
Will I have to stop using my current tool right away?
No. Run both side by side for as long as you like, then switch the day it feels right.
What if I use QuickBooks or Xero for my books?
Keep them. Field2Firm exports invoices, payments, expenses and sales tax as CSV files for your accountant, in a shape those tools can import.
Who helps me move over?
A person. Tell us what you use and what you want to keep, and we’ll work through it with you.
Make the move on your terms.
Request access, and tell us what you use today. We’ll help you bring it across.
