Who operates this site

Field2Firm is operated by Zachary DeMarco, an individual based in Nevada, United States. Contact and privacy requests: [email protected].

This notice covers field2firm.com, including its Spanish pages, and every form on it. It does not cover the separate application at app.field2firm.com or the customer-facing business pages on f2f.page.

Information collected

Each form sends what you type to Formspree, with the form's subject line and the version of this notice. The Spanish pages use the same forms. Submitting a form does not create an application account. Please do not send passwords, payment details, customer records or other sensitive information through this website. Each form collects only the following:

Request access: an optional name, email address, trade (or the trade you type when yours is not listed), state, team size and United States selection. We use state to assess coverage of the founding offer and team size to understand which plan fits.
Contact: name, email address, topic and message.
Talk to a person, pick a time: name, an email address or phone number, the day and time you chose, and optionally what you would like to talk about.
Talk to a person, call me back: name, phone number and the best time to call, and optionally an email address and what you would like to talk about.
Roadmap request: name, email address, your request and optionally your trade.
Calculator results: the email address you give and the calculator's figures, meaning the values you entered and the results shown. We email those results to the address you give. Resend sends that email for us, from a Field2Firm address, and before it does, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is asking; Turnstile loads only once you start to enter your email address. Formspree still receives your address and the figures as a copy, as it does for our other forms. Our own database keeps neither your address nor your figures, only two keyed, unreadable counters, one for the address and one for your network address, each kept about a day, that limit how many results we send.

Analytics and technical information

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting and does not track people across sites. It reports, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, the referring site, the browser, device type and country, and how quickly pages load. We use it only to see which pages are read and how well they work.

This site's own scripts store nothing in your browser: no cookies, local storage or session storage. Hosting, form, bot-check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and email (Resend) providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time to deliver the site, send what you asked for or protect forms from abuse.

How information is used

We use early-access requests to respond about relevant access availability, talk and call-back requests to arrange the conversation you asked for, roadmap requests to read and answer your request, and calculator details to email you the results. No ongoing product-news programme is created by submitting an access request, visiting this website or contacting us.

We use contact details and messages to respond. We also use limited records to operate the website, prevent abuse, handle privacy requests and avoid contacting people who withdraw a request.

Providers and disclosures

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts its visits. Formspree receives, filters, stores and forwards form submissions. Cloudflare Email Routing and Google (Gmail) receive emails sent to our published addresses and the form inbox. Resend sends the calculator results you ask for, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks the calculator results form for automated use. Authorized people and these providers receive information only as needed for those purposes.

Field2Firm does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers process information under their own terms and policies and may process it in the United States or internationally. We do not make a storage-location or transfer-safeguard promise beyond those provider practices.

Links to the application

The separate application is at app.field2firm.com, but new account signup is not open yet. This website does not send form contents to the app or set up your account. Application authentication, business records and billing are separate processing activities; this marketing notice does not describe or authorize them.

Retention and deletion

Delete closed inquiries after 12 months, unless an earlier deletion request applies. Delete inactive early-access records after 12 months, unless an earlier deletion request applies. Contact, talk, call-back, roadmap and calculator-results submissions are inquiries under these rules. During a monthly review, records eligible under those rules are removed. Provider security logs follow the provider's own retention policies; keep incident copies only as needed.

Backups and provider trash may retain a deleted item for a limited period under their own systems; deletion does not promise immediate backup erasure. A minimal suppression record — email address, request date and reason — may be kept to prevent contact after withdrawal and is reviewed annually.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information or to withdraw an early-access request. Include enough information for us to locate the record; we may ask for proportionate identity confirmation before acting.

Privacy rights vary by location and applicable law. We will assess a request under the law that applies to the request and this business. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

Changes

We will date material updates to this notice and, where appropriate, notify people directly when we have their contact details. This site is not directed to children.
