Who operates this site

Field2Firm is operated by Zachary DeMarco, an individual based in Nevada, United States. Contact and privacy requests: [email protected].

This notice covers this marketing website and its early-access and contact forms. It does not cover a future Field2Firm application or a separate service.

Information collected

An early-access request collects an optional name, email address, trade and United States selection. A contact message collects name, email address, topic and message. Please do not send passwords, payment details, customer records or other sensitive information.

The site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, browser storage or external fonts. Cloudflare Pages and Formspree may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time to deliver the site or protect forms from abuse.

How information is used

We use an early-access request to understand interest and email you about relevant availability you requested. It does not create an account, a subscription or an ongoing product-news program.

We use contact details and messages to respond. We also use limited records to operate the website, prevent abuse, handle privacy requests and avoid contacting people who withdraw a request.

Providers and disclosures

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Formspree receives, filters, stores and forwards form submissions. Google (Gmail) receives the form inbox and emails sent to the published address. Authorized people and these providers receive information only as needed for those purposes.

Field2Firm does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers process information under their own terms and policies and may process it in the United States or internationally. We do not make a storage-location or transfer-safeguard promise beyond those provider practices.

Retention and deletion

Delete closed inquiries after 12 months, unless an earlier deletion request applies. Delete inactive early-access records after 12 months, unless an earlier deletion request applies. During a monthly review, records eligible under those rules are removed. Provider security logs follow the provider's own retention policies; keep incident copies only as needed.

Backups and provider trash may retain a deleted item for a limited period under their own systems; deletion does not promise immediate backup erasure. A minimal suppression record — email address, request date and reason — may be kept to prevent contact after withdrawal and is reviewed annually.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw an early-access request. Include enough information for us to locate the record; we may ask for proportionate identity confirmation before acting.

Privacy rights vary by location and applicable law. We will assess a request under the law that applies to the request and this business. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

Changes

We will date material updates to this notice and, where appropriate, notify people directly when we have their contact details. This site is not directed to children.
